 RITA GOLDSTEIN Rita Goldstein, 82, a 19-year resident of Las Vegas and Henderson, died May 3, 2012. Rita was a wonderful mother whose house was always open to family and friends. In addition to entertaining, Rita loved to read, bowl, needlepoint and travel. She also enjoyed playing pan and mah jong. Rita served as treasurer of Congregation Ner Tamid and worked as office manager of her son's medical practice. She is survived by her husband, Ruben Goldstein; children, Robert (Judith) Goldstein of Las Vegas, Michael (Pamela) Goldstein of Bell Canyon, Calif., and Larry (Hannah) Goldstein of McLean, Va.; grandchildren, Jared (Nicki), Zachary, Sam, Bryan, Michelle, Joseph, Jacob, Danielle and John; and sister, Anita Singer. Funeral services will be at 1:20 p.m., Monday, May 7, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City. Memorial donations are requested to Nathan Adelson Hospice.
