BRUCE TEEL Bruce Eugene Teel, 64, of Henderson, was called home Friday, April 26, 2019 in Las Vegas. Born July 20, 1954 in La Grande, Ore., he had been an area resident for more than 50 years. Bruce worked in the plumbing industry for more than 40 years. He was the president of the We Care Foundation and was active in Las Vegas Lab Rescue and other various Dog Rescue groups, fostering dogs for Las Vegas Lab Rescue. He was an avid outdoorsman and hunter, and enjoyed racing off-road vehicles. In his youth, Bruce participated in Junior Olympics and was Nevada State Wrestling Champion. He is survived by his children, Robin Webb, Brian (Ashley) Teel and Robert Teel; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Jeanne Sockle, Lori (Alan) Bryson and Julie Frazee; and the love of his life, Joni Leamaster; along with Kobi and Kiki, his faithful companions. A Celebration of Life for Bruce will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Las Vegas Lab Rescue, 2550 E. Desert Inn Rd., #294, Las Vegas, Nevada 89121. Arrangements entrusted to Palm Southwest Mortuary.

Most definitely one of the kindest and thoughtful man i have met. i have been blessed to have known him the last ten years. i know he will be missed.
