Time and miles separate us in the moment, but happy to have spent time together a few years ago when we moved your mom (my grandmother) into assisted living and worked together sorting her home. I remember the stories told that night by you and Ernest over dinner. Happy that you and my mom reconnected this past year and got to pal around like me and Kelly do now. Nothing replaces a sibling's bond for you've shared the ups and downs of life since birth. Thank you for the memories. You will be missed.

Dearest Ernie and Family,

My heart goes out to you at this most difficult time. The passing of Betty has brought a great sadness to you all, but in time all the wonderful memories of Betty will help to bring some peace and comfort. You will laugh again because Betty would want you to! She was a special wife, mother and grandma- she loved her life! And you all were her life.

With warm thoughts and prayers.
