EVA MARUSAK Eva Helen Marusak, 47, of Las Vegas, passed away Dec. 26, 2018 after battling metasta-tic breast cancer for nearly three years. Eva was born abroad in Germany on Jan. 3, 1971 to Kenneth and Ingrid Marusak. Eva loved animals, hiking with her dogs and human friends, CrossFit and movies. She enjoyed game nights and going out for great meals with good friends. She was outgoing and made friends easily. She was an amazing person who kept her positive, upbeat attitude and love for life throughout her battle. She was an inspiration to all who knew her. Eva was preceded in death by her parents. Eva is survived by many friends who will miss her smile daily. A memorial service will be held at a later date. As you remember your beloved one, may the God of peace give you comfort and peace in every way. May you find Strength from the love and care that surrounds you and comfort in the memories that you shared. Theres hope in seeing your dear loved again. Read 1 Thessalonians 4:14.

I never had the opportunity to know Eva but did know her parents when stationed in Key West, FL. Ken and I worked at an Army Hawk missile site in the early 1970's.
