FLOYD SMITH, 65, of Las Vegas, went to heaven on Jan. 4, 2019. He was born May 22, 1953. In 1987, he called upon Jesus Christ to be his personal Saviour and was born again. He joined the Army in 1970. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilson Smith and Mary Bucher; 1 brother, Richard; 2 sisters, Sharon and Teresa. Floyd is survived by his “Wife for Life” of 31 years, Roxana, children, Christina, Jeffrey (Rachel), Christina (Mark), David, Angela, and Steven (Jully); 20 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 2 brothers Johnny and Tommy; sister Patty; nieces, nephews, and many others. Service will be at 8 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2019, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd, Boulder City, NV 89005.

My condolences to the family of Floyd. I remember when he came home from the Army way back in the day. No doubt he is walking the streets of gold with the rest of the family that's been been called home.

Please accept my heart felt sympathy for the loss of your beloved Floyd.
