Frank was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin on May 15, 1932, the son of Pasquale and Philomena Perone, was one of 9 kids. Frank was married to Sally Perone for 58 years, to this day she still thinks she put up with him, he didn't put up with her. Together they had five kids and a buttload of grandkids. Frank was well known in the community for his love and compassion for the kids at Howard Wasden Elementary School and youth sports, especially hockey. Frank and Sally adopted and fostered kids of numerous ages. Frank enjoyed his retirement at the age of 52 after 32 years of service at AMC in Kenosha, Wisconsin. One of his proudest accomplishments was the building of the lighthouse on Kenosha's lakefront. Celebration of life will be held at American Legion Vegas Post 8, 733 N Veterans Memorial Drive, immediately following the services.
