JIM COOPER James D. Cooper passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side, September 3, 2018. He was born April 25, 1953 in Las Vegas to Ada E. and William D. Cooper. A baseball fan and car enthusiast from an early age, always his happiest with greasy hands, most recently restoring his dream car, a 1955 Chevy. In construction for 40 years, Jim could look at the Las Vegas skyline and know he helped create many of those projects. He is survived by his wife, of 22 years, Michel; sister, Sandra Kreml (Roger); brother, Tim Cooper (Carolyn); nephews, Bill Kreml (Katie) and Kyle Kreml (Lexi); niece, Lynn Cooper; great-nephew and hero, James D. Kreml; and great-niece, Brenley Kreml. A Celebration of Life will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, September 7 at the Lamplight Village Clubhouse, 7900 W. Farm Road, Las Vegas, NV 89131.
