MARILYN EHRLICH Marilyn Ehrlich, 87, passed away February 5, 2019, at Silver Sky Assisted Living Facility, in Las Vegas. Marilyn was born in Queens, NY, to Alexander and Matilda Slatin. Marilyn first worked as a bookkeeper, then a special education assistant for the Los Angeles Unified School District, and most importantly a homemaker to her family. She married Julius Ehrlich in 1949. After a few years, moved to Southern California, where they started a life raising their family in the San Fernando Valley. Marilyn retired to Las Vegas with her husband, of 67 years, before his passing in 2016. Marilyn was a resident of Las Vegas for 29 years. She is survived by her four children, Ted Ehrlich (Julia Chang), Mindy (Mike) Pera, Scott (Naomi) Ehrlich and Dean (Darcy) Ehrlich; seven grandchildren, Jennifer (Jacob) Breedlove, Joshua Pera, Jordan Ehrlich, Matthew Ehrlich, Jacob Ehrlich, Ella Ehrlich, and Kate Ehrlich; and a great-grandson, Nathan Breedlove. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Helen Goldberg. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sun., Feb. 10, at King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89120. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to JDRF Foundation.

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Marilyn. .when someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure that fills your heart with love and brings you joy. May you find comfort in Jesus promise of the hope of everlasting life at John 6:40.
