Rest in peace, Vonda. So glad that we were able to reunite for the Sunday morning documentary about our years of great basketball back in 1968. Prayers go out for you and your family and friends. You will be greatly missed.

Fear, failure and regretting were all nonexistent to Vonda. Even from her sickbed her smile remained genuine and unforgettable.
Never did she neglect to say something to you that raised your feeling of self-worth. Vonda was successful, but caring. She was strong in the face of adversity. Her pain has ended but her spirit lives on. Her picture says it all, so you won't need a thousand words to describe Vonda. RADIANT!

Love you Vonda.

Just thinking of This wonderful Family. The May and the Quinn Families was lifelong Friends. I spent many days at the Tasty Shop. My Mother Charlie May dressed the entire Family in doing the Family hair at Luvenia's Beauty Salon. Much Brotherly Love in Christ. I am so sad about My Sister Vonda Homegoing. Love Dennis J. Vonda was my first basketball coach at Eldorado High School. She has always been a very important part of my life and an inspiration to be the best that I could be and she brought that out in me. I love her dearly and my prayers go out to the family for comfort at this sad time in their lives. Thanks for the memories Vonda, you made a large part of my life very special.
