SALLY HARVEY Sally Harvey, 82, of Henderson, passed away May 30, 2017, at home, with family by her side. She was born near San Francisco, California, where she lived most of her life. In 1998, after the death of her husband, Norman Harvey, Sally moved to Sun City MacDonald Ranch in Henderson, to start a whole new life. Sally quickly became an active member of the Sun City MacDonald Ranch community. She enjoyed a second career working as their Activities Director full-time for several years before retiring to part-time work as a receptionist at the front desk of the community center. The highlight of her life was dancing in a group on America's Got Talent, Season 11, Episode 3, which aired in 2016. Although the dance group didn't win, Sally had the time of her life performing on national television and becoming a local celebrity at home. Sally led a full and happy life and was an inspiration and source of encouragement to all who knew and loved her. Sally is survived by her two daughters, Sue Frank and Carla Tomaszewski; four grandchildren, Christine, Christopher, Anna and Catherine; and one great-grandchild, Ethan.
