BETH W BLOOD Beth W Blood passed away Dec. 19, 2020 at age 92. Born to William Stacy Wright and Cynthia Loraine Stevens. She was preceded in death by her parents, two older sisters, a younger brother, a husband, son and grandson. She leaves behind 4 sons, a daughter, an older sister, 26 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. She will always be remembered for her cheery disposition, love of life, concern for others, and an occasional slip of the tongue that she acquired from her youth working with her father and his cows. Any rancher could understand and appreciate that. Her life was filled with hard work and concern for others and often gave generously to others of her resources. She was a very private lady always shunning the lime light happy to assist and help others as she could. She was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She often said that her greatest accomplishment in life was to be the mother of 6 lovely children. She began working at the Sahara Hotel after arriving in Las Vegas in January of 1965, until she was forced to retire after working there 46 years because the Hotel was sold. She was 83 at the time. Due to prevailing conditions, services will be private.
