Paul was more to me than just Clay`s Dad he was a good friend. He was always there to cheer you up when you we`re down, give advice and reassurance. He taught me how to work on cars. I used to stop by the station after school just to say Hi to him and continued until he quit Smog Busters. He was so proud of his family and Grandkids always showing the latest pictures in his toolbox. I may not be able to talk to Paul anymore but I am very lucky to have benefited from Paul being my friend and I will never forget how his advice helped me. My family sends their deepest Sympathy and prayers.

Paul you`re such a great man and it definatly goes to show how many lives you touched. You are extremly missed and I know you`re in a far better place now and still surrounding us with big hugs and lots of love. I will especially miss your goofy chuckle and most of all how you were with Shawn. He loves his PaPa sooooooooooooo much!! I know that so much of you is in Shawn because of his infacuation with cars and trying to fix them. I promise to always keep you in Shawn`s heart and i know you`ll be there rooting at his soccer games. We love you PaPa always and forever.

"The greatest man I never knew Lived just down the hall And everyday we said hello But never touched at all He was in his paper I was in my room How was I to know he thought I hung the moon The greatest man I never knew Came home late every night He never had too much to say Too much was on his mind I never really knew him And now it seems so sad Everything he gave to us took all he had..." taken from the song "The greatest man I never knew" by Reba Mc Entire He was my dad, not by birth but by anything else imaginable. He was the strength that held this house together, without even knowing it. He was everything I hope to be someday... I love you Paul. You`ll forever be my dad.

You`ve been on my mind all day. I miss you so much. Sometimes it just seems like everything is so much colder without you around. I miss the way you would chuckle in the kitchen while singing along to commercials and the way you would make the craziest meals I have ever seen in my life and then try to get me to taste it. "Its good. You`ll like it." Sometimes I swear that you are right in the same room with me. I hear your lighter click open or the sound of a pepsi can being opened. I try to remember that its a good thing that you`re still with me, but its not the same and I want you back home. We miss you so much its unbearable. Please give me strength. Even a TENTH of the strength that you had would be more than I could ask for. I love you so much! <3 ~ Jen D.

I know you are here in this house with us still. I can hear you at night lighting your smoke and cracking open a diet soda. Coa Coa goes crazy sometimes in the garage cause she knows you are there too. Things are getting real hard but all I do is think of you and know that one day I will be able to see you again. It makes things a little easier. I miss you so much and love you more than I could ever say in words. Mom really needs you right now. Give her some strength. I know you are our Angel and you are watching over us. I love you! Love, Your daughter- Jennifer

Honey , it`s been almost 2 yrs. & i still miss you so much every day. My heart hurts like i never thought it could. i`ll be doing something & i remember when you used to start singing something silly , just something you would make up in your head. I used to make fun of you for doing that , God what i wouldn`t give to hear those " silly songs " right now. I know that you are here in our house , i feel your presence all the time , so does Jen & Cocoa. I know one day , we will be together again & i will have the love of my life back. with all my love , your wife , Barb
