RODGER P. BUFFMAN Rodger P. Buffman 74, passed away on May 18th, 2021. Rodger was born June 10, 1946 in Boston, Mass. to Louis and Roney Buffman. He retired from his many years in the retail jewelry business in which many famous celebrities and prominent executives were his customers. He was also a marketing specialist. Rodger is survived by his daughters who he loved more than anything, Shayna (JC) Stephanak, Alexis (Kevin) Daciek and Jessica (Brian) Maier, 6 beautiful grandchildren, brother Barry (Deborah) Buffman, sister Denise (Paul) Alderette, his cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and parents. Rodger was a graduate of Arizona State University receiving his degree in marketing and he held his Masters Degree in Business Admin/Mngmt. He served on several boards such as the Sierra Club, Boys Club of America, YMCA and was one of the original founders of the Las Vegas Chapter for the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America. Throughout Rodgers life he had an ongoing passion to mentor children and coach youth baseball teams. Along with his many life accomplishments, he was a life-long fan of the Red Sox, Patriots and the Celtics sports teams, enjoying many exciting games with family and friends. He had an incredible knowledge of the history of these teams. Rodger will be dearly missed by his family, friends and the many personal and business acquaintances created over the years. A private family service will be held. To my brother...Rodger miss you so much but hanging onto all the great memories created over the years. Hoping you have met up with Mom and Dad and attending all the RedSox games. Miss our daily calls. Love you...Denise
