SMSgt DANIEL LEO DOLAN U.S. Air Force, Retired Dan was called to his final deployment by God at the age of 72 on May 18, 2021 at Nathan Adelson Hospice (Tenaya) in Las Vegas, Nevada after battling Alzheimer Disease. He faithfully served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1971 and in the Air Force from 1986 to 1999 as a reservist. He achieved the rank of Senior Master Sargent before he retired. Dan was also a Contract Technical Assessment Specialist at DCMA Agency in Phoenix, Arizona from 1981 until 2002. He is survived by his loving wife Judy, son John and his wife Alexandra, brother Michael, sister Mary Patrcia, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his his sister Jane as well as his parents John and Marion. Dan will always be remembered by his family and many friends for his superior intellect, dedicated work ethic, good humor, and intense loyalty. He was well-traveled and visited many countries all over the world looking for adventure before and after his retirement. This memorable man will never be forgotten and will always be loved by those who benefited from his presence in their lives. May he rest in peace in the loving embrace of God and enjoy his new adventures. A private viewing for family and friends, arranged by Palm Mortuary Northwest, was held on May 22, 2021. An internment will take place at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
